How long does it take to Onboard?

It all begins with a quick and efficient onboarding process where logins, access, and timelines are established with the Client. We run down deliverables and have checklists in place to ensure a smooth process.

Where does my data live?

We have a few different options available, most frequently Client data is stored in the Cloud on remote servers.

How do I know which pricing package I need?

During our initial consultation we look at items such as complexity, transaction volume, environment and current staff in an effort to align the best service package.

What if I can’t afford a higher package than suggested?

In good faith, and in limited instances, we can work with Business Owners to separate services and provide a more tailored solution. This will often fall into Project Services if necessary.
